X’s algorithm is designed to maintain a healthy platform by penalizing spammy or bot-like behavior. To grow your account without running into restrictions, follow these guidelines:
1. Likes
- What to do: Don’t like too much. Liking too many tweets too quickly can trigger rate limits.
- X monitors the speed and volume of your likes. If you like 50 tweets in 10 minutes, the algorithm might think you’re a bot.
- Tip: Space out your likes. If you get rate-limited, you might be restricted to liking one tweet every few minutes.
But that’s okay, liking too much is no big deal, a like is just a like, it doesn’t hurt anyone.
2. Retweets
- Retweet only when it adds value. Aim for 1–2 per day.
- Why? Mass retweeting, especially of giveaways or projects, is a red flag for spam.
- Example: Instead of retweeting a giveaway, post: “Excited about @! Check it out [https://x.com/Ddevourers/status/1931704336909832239]”
U can quote, instead of retweeting SB’s posts
A lot of retweets on your profile reduces activity on it, because X sees that you are like a bot — who else but a bot would simply retweet everything that moves? That’s why it’s so difficult to increase the activity of posts after a bunch of retweets.
3. Comments
- Never make comments like ‘Good’ or ‘GM’ , yes ‘GM’ is botlike comment.
- Never, NEVER copypaste ur comments! X can detect near-duplicate content and may limit your visibility if you spam comments.
Personalize your comments. For example, “Great post! I especially liked your point about [detail].” Or just use GPT for answering 🤫

4. Posts
Avoid spammy, templated content. For new accounts, start with one high-quality post per day.
No, I don’t know why people make 20 posts a day if they are nobodies on Twitter. No one will ever read or even look at such posts. And X will simply ghostban such an account😣

- Why: Posting too frequently, especially similar content, can be seen as spammy.
- Focus on quality over quantity. Make each post count.
Note: The hard limit is 2,400 tweets per day, but you’ll likely face restrictions long before reaching that.
5. Links🕳
Don’t post links in every tweet. Use a link aggregator like Linktree in your bio.
- Why: Posting links frequently can reduce your reach, as X may see it as promotional.
- Tip: Say “link in bio” and direct users to your Linktree or similar.

6. Connections to other websites

• Some websites that you connect your X profile to may use your profile for certain purposes, and this could result in restrictions, including being banned. Therefore, it is better to connect to other websites less often, or at least monitor the situation in some way.
Personally, I have already been restricted for this for a few days.
7. Incomplete profile (yeah🙄)
Just please don’t skip this step, because an incomplete profile (header, profile icon, bio, etc.) can really affect whether you get noticed or banned. There are tons of accounts like that, without a profile icon.
I can’t believe that people really find it difficult to fill out their profile😐

Act like a human, not a bot. Vary your language, tone, and content.
- Why: Consistent, formulaic behavior can trigger algorithmic penalties.
- Tip: Mix up your content types — text, images, polls, etc. — and engage authentically.
Additional Tips:
- Direct Messages: Limit to 500 per day to stay within X’s limits.
Buy the verified mark for 8$/month, and u can forget about hard limits and grow faster, at least for a month😚
